2025 Ram 1500 Radio Issue

I've noticed a "service uconnect" pop up a lot as well. Dealership couldn't reproduce the pop up so they didn't do anything. I hope my infotainment system doesn't die on me.

I have a 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie SO and I have noticed the radio cut out a few times during driving sessions. It only lasts a few seconds and always comes back on. Anyone know what is causing this? Any fixes? Anyone experienced this issue?

I have the same issue. Can anyone assist how to help.

I recently started having issues with the radio "freezing up". I get a buzzing sound, and then the screen goes black and reboots. Took it into the dealer and they did a reset, but problem resurfaced a couple days later. Seems to be happening every couple trips, but will reset on its own or when you hold the volume and tuner knobs. Fortunately it is still under warranty and the dealer has ordered a new infotainment center for me - this was a couple weeks ago. I called the dealer today to follow up and heard that they have not received a response as to when the replacement will be available which makes me suspect this is a common issue with this system. Will post an update when I have more information.
