2025 Ram 1500 big horn

I recently bought a 2025 Ram 1500 only 20 miles on the truck now has 908 miles and the battery died nothing was left on and service advisor said it was sometimes with a software glitch anyone having battery issue

When I bought my truck, it was in the showroom with the battery disconnected. I didn’t realize until a few hundred miles that the dealer didn’t tighten the cable to the battery post.

My point is to check the basics, sometimes problems aren’t as complex as they first appear.
