2025 RAM 1500 3.0 Liter Twin Turbo engine sounds

I have a 2025 RAM 1500 with the 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged Hurricane inline-6 engine. I have the standard output engine producing 420 horsepower and 469 lb-ft of torque. Bought the truck with 8100 miles on it, now I'm at 11,234 miles on it.

When I turn off the engine, I can hear light clicking, etc sounds when I'm outside of the truck - even 20 minutes later. What engine system or feature is causing the sounds?
