Has anyone attempted to add anything to the new 2025's Like power tail gate or Memory seats? If so how were you able to program the new features? Thanks for any help you can offer.

Not going to happen anytime soon. The new canbus architecture is causing a delay until someone can figure out how. This has been discussed many times on here.
