I know there were wiring changes to the dash speakers and I worked around those to upgrade the dash, but I haven’t removed the door panels yet to see how the top 3.5 and 6x9 are wired. Will the 2024 or older model wire adapters work with the 2025? Just trying to save some time removing the panels twice to inspect.

It may be hard to tell in the pics, but I sacrificed the stock speakers and removed the wire bracket off of them and used it to solder leads onto the infinity reference 3.5’s. On the infinity’s, you have to remove the capacitor that’s glued to the side of it. The factory speakers are 3 ohm woofer and tweeter, so are the infinity’s once you remove the capacitor. Just write down which color wire went where and solder it back the same way. They are not wired the same at each speaker because I think they changed polarity for tuning purposes. Sounds much, much clearer and cleaner. I even had to dampen the grills on the covers because they were rattling with the infinity’s. The factory speakers had little to no woofer movement at all. If I had it to do again, I’d probably try the JBL club 3.5’s as I like that tweeter better than the one on the infinity’s. Let me know if this makes sense or if I can help you.

Excellent, thank you.
