I just got back from a trip to north of Bangor Maine from southern tier of NY (about 12k miles round trip). Mostly interstate. I got 22-23 mpg most of the time. Once I got into Maine, and the speed limits went to 70 and then 75, my mileage dropped. Like others have said, above 75 really impacts the mileage.
I was quite happy with this. I've mostly been driving around town and around home. The hills and the start/stop means I'm lucky to average 16 mpg.
But this is a truck (and the HO at that), so I'm not complaining.
I will say the hands-free driving assist is .... lacking. It literally ping-pongs back and forth in the lane. My wife said that I'd better take over when a cop was behind us, because he'd think I was drunk. At least for me it hugs the driver's side line. If I'm in the slow lane, it caused most cars passing me to pull way over to the yellow line. It's NOT how I normally drive. I found myself fighting it often, and that was honestly more work than just driving normally. If you don't care about where you are in the lane, it works fine. It's a cool idea, and maybe someday it'll work better. For now, it's not really for me.
