2025 exterior mirror issue

I have a 2025 Laramie 1500 with tow mirrors that have the option to tilt down when I reverse. Each time the mirrors tilt back to the original position, they tend to tilt up a tiny bit farther where after a couple days of driving, the mirrors are tilted all the way up and useless. I’ll have to press my driver setting button to set them back to where I originally have them.

I’ve brought this to the dealership three times already to be looked at, with a fourth appointment scheduled for tomorrow, and they claim that nothing is wrong with them, even when I hit the button to reset the position when I’m with an advisor or a tech.

Has anybody else had an issue like this with their mirrors?

Have the same issue. Love them then they work, but after a few cycles, they always end up tilting higher than where they were set. I just turned that feature off and use the cameras.
