Hi, i had a set of 33x12.5 tires on my 22, took them off before I traded in for my new 2025 bighorn with the SST.
Does anyone know how to code the new 2025 to run the 33" tires to fix ABS and Speedometer?
Or just throw them on and be off by 2mph.

I also used to have JScan but the canbus connector under the dash is completely different on the 2025, anyone have a OBD reader for this new model yet?

You need to go to the dealer. You can't do it on your own. The canbus is different on 2025 than 2019 to 2024. It's been discussed on here many times.

Has anyone had this successfully done, 1 dealer said they will not do it unless the tire matches the placard on the door, which says 275/55/20.
Another dealer took my vin, tire and rim size and then came back and said the programming is not available yet.
and another straight up said $399 without taking any data down over the phone.

If i do just mount them up will i damage anything mechanically? or will my speedometer just be off a bit, and miles will climb slightly faster on odometer.
Thanks.

Your best bet might be to see if @Cbty2050 has done any on the 2025’s yet, or can look into it.
I do know the dealership can do it on previous model years by purchasing a service contract for it that you have to pay for (which is probably what the dealership that quoted $399 was referring to), but it may very well not be available yet on these 2025’s.
You can mount them and use them, just your speed will be off a little from what the truck is reading, which also affects the odometer reading, and slightly affects the shift points, but nothing major and no damage.

Just had this done at the dealership today, they calibrated speedometer, ABS module and BCM. they said they added a service contract for tire size to my vin. GPS on phone was way off on the way to the dealer, and perfect on the way home. so they actually changed something. cost was $199.
