2023 ram limited longhorn

Just got a 2023 limited longhorn with the digital cluster, when I edit the center part of the cluster when I select to display logo it is blank. The ram or longhorn logo won’t appear, y’all know why or know hot to fix it? Thank you

It has to be programmed which word to say. Sounds like they missed that when programming. Dealer should fix it.
