2023 RAM 1500 Classic
Been driving this truck for about a month. Truck has some intermittent voltage issue and it shows up about once or twice a week. the reported voltage quickly fluctuates between 12V and 16V on dash cluster and the all the electronics go haywire until i restart the truck.

when it happens i'll notice because the dash lights, headlights and a/c stops working in the way that they should. brightness falls to like 80% and is very unstable. feels almost like its got a bad ground. a/c rapidly switches from on to off every few seconds. doesn't seem to matter if im driving or sitting idle. i cannot recreate the issue, it seems to happen randomly. shutting the truck off and waiting restarting makes the issue go away.

other observations, possibly related -- i get a warning on the dash that says "park assist disabled - service electronic braking system" with a small light that appears on the gauge cluster. this also goes away on its own but revisits me a few times each week.

last observation, probably not related but what the hell. the fuel gauge is off by at least 20%. i''ve run the truck "dry" twice now, both times I had "90 miles left until empty" and a little under 1/4 tank showing on the needle. I now fill up at 1/2 tank until i figure out what needs fixed.

when my truck was spazzing out earlier today, there was a moment that i thought i saw it flash "LOW FUEL" on the dashboard. first time i'd ever seen that. got me starting to wonder if maybe there is a common denominator to these issues. anyone got any thoughts ?

The sound on that video you hear is the ac pulsing on and off. Other things I see during this time:

Dash light icons come and go
Park assist disabled - Service electronic braking system
Service antilock brakes

All electronics flicker, truck almost seems like it momentarily slips into a "key on, engine off" position, but the truck hasn't died yet.

Check the easiest things first, the battery and its connections. Get the battery load tested, and pull both connections (positive and negative) and clean them/make sure they’re tight. To me this sounds like a bad battery, as these trucks do whacky stuff when the battery gets low. However it could also be a bad ground or a dead/dying alternator. I’d also try and wiggle any ground connections you can see under the hood, see if ones loose.
