Hey guys!
Been cruising through this forum and seeing a lot of nice rides! Jealousy haha
I got my truck about a month ago and am looking to level the thing out. What seems to be the go-to around here is the Bilstein B8 5100s (Part # 24-300872), so I am gunna go with those, running on setting #5. From my understanding the stock coils/springs will be fine as well as the UCAs don't need to be changed. Going to leave the rears as is (for now possibly). Have I missed anything while researching all of this?
Now my question really is for work.... I can either drive a lot of highway (couple hundred miles), then like 20-30 miles of non-maintained gravel roads OR.... the exact opposite. Will these struts be a good all around for them or should I go to a different model of them.
I plan on getting some 33" tires on it as well. I have rims picked out and am dropping to a 20" rim instead of the stock 22".
Does this level accommodate 33" tires with a 20x10 - 18 OR a 20x9 +1 offset with no modifications to the wheel well, or minor plastic trimming with no rubbing? Hopefully someone with some real life experience can chime in on that. I have taken a look through Custom Offsets and found some saying either yes to rubbing and no to rubbing. So I am lost there.
I have attached my build sheet below (to reference to US comparison), as well as some pics of my ride.
Thanks for all the input guys!
