2023 8.4/UC5 Touchscreen locked

The touchscreen has locked several times but issue resolved by turning key off then restarting. Yesterday it locked on am radio and now touchscreen does not respond at all. I wanted to pull the fuse for the radio/media to reset but cant determine how that fuse is identified. As a last resort I'll disconnect the battery. Anyone have this issue?

Resolved Sunday morning I disconnected the neg terminal for 30 seconds and it re-booted and worked fine. I stopped by the dealership to see if this was a common issue and the young girl service writer said; Yes, it seems to happen alot and we just disconnect the battery and reboot it but we cant tell YOU to do that.
