2022 Ram 2500 tailgate issue

I went open my tailgate today after unlocking my truck and the tailgate will not open. When I pull the tailgate handle I hear a little noise, but the tailgate still seems to be locked. All of the other doors are unlocked. I also have a hard cover no the bed of the truck that you have to have the tailgate open to open the cover, so I do not have access to the inside of the bed. Any help would be appreciated.

Mine does that and I have to bump the tailgate "closed" while pushing the button. Also, you might have better luck in the Homepage - HD Rams forum. This is the 5th Gen 1500 Rams site.
