Last year i had my turbo and EGR cooling replaced. Ever since than i will be driving and my voltage will drop to 11v or lower. I have a brand new battery, Alternator, Even put on a new intelligent battery sensor. They haven’t been able to figure it out.. I had it in month ago they said oh it's fixed, Pulled it up front battery voltage reading 11.7v. But the battery itself it ready 12-14 normal range. It's been in the shop for a week.. Apparently they just looked at it today and called oh well we can't find a issue of accused me of being wrong..
Any suggestions on what is could be the issue.. I’m sure it's something to do with them pulling the cab off and replacing the turbo since that's when this problem started. I've seen voltage drop as low as 7v.. Sometimes it will do it while driving down the road. Sometimes on startup and once i put it in gear it will climb.
