2022 Ram 1500 classic radio no sound

Hi, first time posting

The radio come on, I can navigate thru all the apps (AM,FM,siriusXM) but no sound.
Even if put reverse the backup camera pops out in the radio but not sound of beeping.

Even if put reverse the backup camera pops out in the radio but not sound of beeping.

Give the vehicle a few sleep cycles. When installing a Uconnect radio upgrade, sometimes audio doesn't work right off the bat. Now if this is your stock system and randomly you have no sound then there is an issue with that unit I'd image. Try doing an canbus reset and let us know the results.
