have a 2022 ram 1500 big horn night edition with the 3.6, been in the dealer for 2 months now with the screen not working and front end clucking while hitting bumps, 9300 miles, anyone have any experiences with lemon laws recently? just about a month into the lemon law, dealer says they can’t fix truck.

every state has different rules
might be better to google lemon laws for your state
several on the forum have used it for their state

The front end clunk you are hearing when hitting bumps.......... Does it sometimes sound like sheet metal bending and other times it sounds like solid steel hitting solid steel?

I went through a similar issue, after 8 visits to 3 different dealers in a year. Finally the last dealer after the 4 attempt and a specialist that ram sent out to fix it said they were done and that they would not work on this issue anymore. I said ok, it’s not fixed and you’ll be hearing from my lawyer. A week later ram contacted me and agreed to buy the truck back. Mine was never right from day 1💩 It was a long battle, then the lemon law process is kinda long as they wait for all the paperwork to go through. As long as the truck is drivable, they should let you drive it until the day you give it back after all paper work is finalized. Depending on the state it’s registered in or the state it was purchased in is what lemon law you would need to follow. I got lucky as I live in iowa but purchased in North Carolina. Mine fell under North Carolina, which was very good as, I didn’t have to pay for any of the miles driven. Had it fell under iowa, I would of had to pay $2400 for the 9500 I drove the truck👍🏻 Good Luck and I know this sucks😥

It sounds like something wasn’t properly torqued and has play in the front end. Or even something is really loose, still at dealer for almost 3 months now!

I believe iowa law states after 30 consecutive days, it falls under lemon law? You have waited longer than I would have! But if they are saying parts shortage waiting on parts, that might be different?
