2022 RAM 1500 5.7 hemi Transmission 8HP75 Oil pan/Filter integrated

Hello all, just wanted to know if anyone has any insight on the trans filter/oil pan. i have 58K miles on my Truck and would like to perform the first fluid and filter change also, if there are any alternatives besides the dealership's $297.00 OEM oil pan/ filter?

Worked fine. Couldn't tall any difference between it and the OEM that I took off.

If you plan on keeping your truck long term, I'd suggest getting the PPE aluminum transmission pan that has a replaceable filter, vs the OEM style with integrated filter. Less waste when it comes time for fluid changes, and also significantly reduces the cost of future fluid/filter changes as you only need to buy fluid and filter. Not a whole new pan

you get what you pat for......there is a reason that's so cheap and it not all profit margin.

Running the PPE on my truck for 10k now without issue. The re location of the drain plug is fully worth the price of moving to the PPE for future services.
