In October 2021 I ordered my fully loaded Limited 10th Anniversary Edition in Patriot Blue. I picked up my new Limited 10 days ago and was really confident my patience had paid off. I'm usually pretty meticulous about checking all the boxes to make sure I have what I ordered. Now that time has passed I finally noticed that my 10th Anniversary Edition came without the Jeweled Shifter. Normally I wouldn't really care as I really, really dig my new truck. But it is really starting to annoy me, that and me being so frivolous about this issue. Am I the only one that is in this boat and what have you done to fix it?
Up to now I have already contacted RamChat and they pawned me off on the dealer saying its not their problem.
