After waiting 3 and a 1/2 months my 2022 ram limited 1500 arrived. I took it home and it's a great vehicle. However, I question whether I have the 4 corner air suspension or not. I noticed the rear has coils and what appears to be regular shocks. I was thinking that there might be airshocks. The sticker shows 4 corner air suspension but the digital glove Box does not mention it at all. Any info would be appreciated.

Do you have the elevation switch next to your traction control or is it blanked off? This is the most left switch below your nav screen.

It is blanked out. When I called my salesperson last Friday she said it is automatic. She said mine is 4x2 so perhaps I would not have this switch. Do you know if they use airshocks or bladders? I was under the truck and could not find either.
Thanks for your help.

My first Limited was a 2020 4x2 and it had the air suspension and the elevation switch ... all limiteds will have it unless you have a Limited Longhorn ... then the 4C air suspension was an option ...

hmmm...doesn't make sense that you would HAVE it, but not have a switch to control it. How would you be able to go to "entry/exit" mode if you wanted too?

The air suspension is very obvious looking. If you don't have the toggle switch, you don't have it.

The air shocks are huge. Tells are: No sticker on the back window ( RAM AIR SUSPENSION ). No toggle on dash. No button on the keyfob.

Look closer at the window sticker. Often one package will say NAW package name. That means one package deleted another one.

Yep. I have the same on Laramie. If don't have that you don't have air suspension

These pictures are from my 22 limited with air suspension. If you don't have these then you don't have air suspension

I’m just saddened to hear more about how little sales people know and how little they are willing to help, and how they think they can just bullish their way out of issues/conflicts.

They majority are too busy screwing people to care.

If your suspension doesn’t look like this, you don’t have air suspension.

I met with the dealer this week and confirmed my Limited (with 4 corner suspension as standard equipment) is missing it. I was given two options: 1. They would credit me the cost of the 4CS or 2. reorder a new limited. We ordered a new one. Fingers crossed it comes as sa ordered. Thanks for input from the forum.

Just out of curiosity, was it ordered that way / shows on the sticker as having the air suspension? That’s a pretty big / awful whiff by RAM if so lol (also a major screw up if you had to pay for it lol).
