2022 Bighorn Uconnect 5 widgets disappear

Hello....just purchased a used 28k mile 2022 bighorn. Having issues with widgets buttons on Home Screen box disappearing, rear camera button works/doesn't work. I setup Home Screen with the 2 boxes, one with radio/siriusXM and the other box with heated seats, CarPlay, rear camera etc....sometimes they are accessible sometimes that are blacked out...it's weird. No recalls (dealer checked before purchase), all the updates from 2022/2023 were completed. Does the radio need to be flashed/software reinstalled again? Was out shopping one night rear camera didn't work. parked truck at home off for 10 minutes, rear camera came back.
