So the TRX comes without the dial shifter. Anyone know if all the 2021 Ram models will be coming without the dial and come with the center console shifter?

I would bet it's dial shifters

My guess is that's probably unique to the TRX, as it's also packaged with paddleshifters, a totally unique engine and transmission combination etc.

You are right, talked to the Rebel rep today. Said it’s a special feature for the TRX.
