Just picked up my new truck this week.

Must say I’m really impressed with the ride and handling.

Last Ram I had was a SRT10 quad cab so these things have come along way since then.

Great forum full of information to bring me up to speed.

Thanks guys

Cool seeing a rhd Ram. Great spec. Do you mind telling what you paid? Just wondering if there’s a crazy import markup like on German cars there.

They go to Australia from the States LHD and are converted there. Then they come to New Zealand and are sold as a brand new vehicle through RAM NZ. This spec is $160k NZD….not cheap

Nice truck! Thanks for the pics. It's interesting to see what things they don't convert over to RHD, such as the console controls and the windshield wipers.

BTW, that price converts to about $122k USD. Ouch.

I noticed that it has a Rebel type tailgate instead of the Ram head tailgate that comes on the US versions. Good looking truck.

Crazy! If I was gonna spend the import markup on a vehicle….this would be it. Enjoy - I went from a ‘17 to a ‘21 and that was a crazy jump.

Part of me still wants an srt10. What a special truck.

Thanks, the wipers have been changed over and the conversion is actually very good you would never know. By the time you take the import tax off and shipping comes back to around $93k USD. Good thing is these hold their value really well here. My wife's SRT Jeep comes RHD from new direct to NZ.

Yeah they spec'd them all with that tailgate and the RAM name plate. Comes with the bed divider, cover and pretty much everything except heads up display

I was in Sydney in the early 2000s for joint military training. Driving RHD wasn’t to hard; my only problem was every time I went to use the turn signals, the wipers turned on. J/Hook Turns were very confusing at first.
