Does anyone know the hitch size and height on the 2021 2500 with air suspension? Upgrading from a 2008 1500 I am looking at if I will need a 2in or 2.5in and drop amount.

2.5 is the hitch size. All trucks come with a reducer sleeve to allow the use of a 2 inch ball mounts.
Each truck will have a slightly different hitch height. And each trailer will need a different drop.
