Just went through dealing with water leaking in the upper right corner of rear window. Apparently had been leaking for couple months and caused issues with the radio frequency hub under rear seat that caused a myriad of issues with in the truck one day last week.I have 49,483 miles on and never had any issues until the other day. Check engine light came on, TMPS fault came on and Run light went out on start/stop button and could not shut engine off. Even after disconnecting the battery engine still continued to run. Thankfully after about 10 minutes run light came back on and was able to shut truck off. Long story short dealer removed rear window and resealed and replaced Frequency Hub. I had to foot the $685.00 bill since basic warranty was out. Called Chrysler and filed claim for relief. Told them Rams are noted for this issue in which they did not deny see what happens.
So if you have FOB issues of not unlocking your doors, issues with start/stop button, tpms issues, look there.

Only $685? You got off cheap. That was for the rear window reseal and RF Hub? If so you got off REAL CHEAP.

I had my rear window replaced, not by the dealer and they told me it would never leak, they sealed it up real good. I had a slight dribble soaking the headliner in the top right corner and had droplets of water on top of the inside frame. I decided after reading through all these threads to try the butyl tape in the screws for the 3rd brake light and so far, knock on wood it isn't leaking anymore. So if you get the leak again try wrapping the very top of the screw with a little of the butyl tape just below the head of the screw and tighten it up. I removed the excess that bulged out of the screw hole and that seems to work. Did it on all 4. I hope you don't have to go through anymore with the leak however. take care.

I have a 2021 Big Horn with roughly 37,000 mi, just started seeing water leaking down the back window on the driver side. I pulled out my rear floor mats and found mold on them and the carpet, must have been leaking for a while. when i bought my truck last year I bought an extended warranty, so I called the dealer to make sure I was covered and he informed me that i was not. the manager then told me I should try and go through my insurance, which did not work out so well because nothing was damaged or broken. i'm not too happy with RAM right now, this is my second truck in a row with water leaking in and they know it's been a problem for a long time. Ram needs to step up and take care of their customers, because i'm one of many that's ready to move to a different brand.

The most annoying part is I had my window replaced by Safelite and I know for a fact that my original was installed poorly at the factory and leaked like a sieve due to improper sealing. I have the pics to prove it when they took it apart. Now the replacement was installed right and I am confident it will not leak again. Mine did not crack but was not sealed properly along the top edge FROM THE FACTORY. What a joke.
