2021 Nav map - what did u get?

For you guys that just took delivery of your 2021 1500s, what version of uConnect maps did u get?

One way to check is Nav/Nav Settings/ Map Update/
Current Map: Content_NA_HM_xxxx

Same here. June 2020 build.

FCA/Stellantis (and many other auto OEMs) are known for this; they put very outdated maps into their GPS systems. In a year or so, they'll probably offer us 2019/2020 owners a map update USB for $149, just like they did for the earlier 4th gens a few years ago... and that data was still 2+ years out of date. Better than 5+ years out of date I suppose.

Every manufacturer does this, the maps will always be 2 years or so out of date, even if you get the updated version that just becomes available; at least from what I heard.

Sure funny that I bought Sygic years ago, and get bi-yearly updates for free. In a year or two when the android/tesla head unit comes out to replace the 12.1 in our trucks, it will come out and the new will go in. So far the map updates haven't been a big problem, but sooner or later they will.

Got a 2021 Laramie w/12" Screen. Build Date Nov 7th 2020. Map Data 19Q2.
Basically a two year old map data file on a new truck. My Garmin Nuvi in my '08
Big Horn has Lifetime Maps and Traffic. I can update that every Quarter.

The uConnect updates for the system and NAV in general are a complete joke. Go to the uConnect website and it will tell you no updates available and everything is up to date.
