2021 Limited (non ORG) 100% stock on LT275/65R20 No Rub!!

So I have had my 2021 Limited for one month now and the thing that bothered me the most was the stock tires that came on the truck. Yea they had a great ride and were virtually silent going down the road but it really made the truck look wimpy. I went back and forth and spent hours reading up on what size to run and what to do and finally decided on BFG All-Terrain K02's in the LT275/65R20 size. I have a 2021 Limited 4x4 with air suspension (no ORG) and it is 100% bone stock and these tires fit with no rubbing in normal ride height. Super happy with the results and will update with how they ride etc. Just got them installed an hour ago:

Yea those are the standard 20s for a Limited if you don't get the 22" option.

That’s the tire I’m looking at. I have same rims but on a 2020 Limited. I know it’s been less than a week but are you still happy with the size? No rubbing at any level?

So far I am still super happy with everything! It definitely does ride a little rougher with the LT tires on there but I expected that and the air suspension does an amazing job of filtering out most of the bumps. I have had absolutely no rubbing in Normal Ride Height and nothing on Aero mode either. I have lowered the truck down to entry/exit but I did not drive it around in that mode as I believe there would definitely be rubbing in that mode.

So far in the 750 miles I have put on the truck with the new tires I am down probably 2 MPGs. But I'm not exactly sure as my speedometer & odometer read about 6.8% low/slower on the new tires. So it is hard to get an exact calc on the MPGs. I need to find something that can program the new sizes on a 2021 and not mess anything up

I just did this same tire size install yesterday. Went from stock 285/45/r22 Goodyear Eagle Touring to LT275/65/r20 on Michelin Defender LTX. I can confirm no rubbing on my stock air suspension settings. Ride is a little more bouncy but that's likely the change to LT tires. Let us know what you decide to do with the speedometer difference. TazerDT seems awfully overkill for just a tire size change.

Would you happen to know if there a difference in height between stock bighorn 4x4 without air suspension and your air suspension at entry/exit level? I'm looking at these same size tires. I have Billstein 5100 adjustable shocks on back order, but I need to install tires ASAP. Thank you for any information. BTW, your truck looks sweet with those tires.

You know I am not 100% sure but I would guess that the air suspension at Normal Ride Height and the Bighorn 4x4 suspension is very close in height. Maybe somebody with more knowledge can chime in but I would guess you can probably get by with installing the tires right now and be fine until you get the Bilstein shocks in. I have had ZERO rubbing in Normal Mode on mine since I installed the tires. Hope that helps!

Thank You for responding! Even if I do have a little rubbing, I can deal with that. It's the same width as the stock tire and there is plenty of room for the extra height. If it does rub on full lock turns, it should be minor. I appreciate the help. I'm going to pull the trigger.

I went with 275/65 r20 Falkens wild peaks. I just got them in and they look pretty big compared to the original Nexen rodian or whatever they are. I'm getting them mounted tomorrow. I will post pics soon.

Looks amazing man congrats! Totally changes the look of these trucks to get a little bigger tire on them!!
