Hoping for some help, I have 1200 miles on my 2021 limited, the check engine light now stays on and I cannot get the engine to go into ECO mode ( light is enabled) despite my trying. I cannot remote start it with FOB now, and will shut down if I remote start with the APP. waiting on delivery of a code reader .
Had a 2013 Laramie that also had issues the day I drove it out of the dealer I had to drive it back in. Pushrod failed! Then a long list of other issues. Hoping history does not repeat here

Why don't you just bring it back to the dealer?

I know it sucks but I’d take it back to the dealer and let them figure it out , that’s why they give us warranties .

Hi there @ivegot2beme, we are deeply sorry for the trouble with your new Ram! We would like you to know that our team is available to you for support during these situations. If at any point you decide to address this with your Ram dealer, our team is just a private message away and more than willing to escalate a case on your behalf to a specialist for further support through that process.

This is totally a dealer issue. Drop it back off, get a loaner, and test the snot out if when you they say it's done. (Don't sign for it: tell them you'll test drive it, with a tech, if they want. Make it about ~20 minutes or more (to run all the MIL tests) before you head back to the dealership. A 5 minute spin around the block is insufficient.)

After it's fixed to your satisfaction, then sign the papers.

Remote start will not work under certain conditions, an illuminated check engine light being one of them. Get an ODB II scan tool, super cheap these days and can save a trip to the dealership
