2021 Laramie 4x2 crew hemi etorque- Dead battery....CPU reset?

...Truck wouldn't start one day so AAA gave me a jump, this happened two more times, on the third jump I told the guy I wanted to buy a new battery, he said he couldn't sell one because the truck would need a CPU reset? Is this accurate? If yes, how do I do a CPU reset (without dealer involvement)

False, just make sure to buy an AGM battery, but since you going to buy a new battery, go ahead and upgrade from the factory H7 size to H8.
