My 2021 DT Limited (air Ride) RAM 360 cameras have suddenly stopped functioning, I have taken the RAM in for diagnostics and have been unable to fix the issue, There aren't any visible fault codes but when the calibration of the CVPM is being done it is coming back with an error because of the height.
I have an RC 5" lift on 35'' tires, For the past 4 years i have not encountered these issues it has only stopped recently.
- I have not had an issue with my battery or volt issues
- the truck has not had any electrical work done creating faults.
- Truck is on charge if not being driven for extended periods.
- I have all other sensors & cameras operating as per design.
The offered solution was to remove the lift kit and recalibrate, with no guarantee the issues wouldn't return. Now the whole purpose of calibration is to set values and rages to the operating height /speed/weight. Surly there is a way around the height being a issue?
Any information or help would be greatly appreciated.
