2021 1500 Big Horn Stock suspension with 18" tires

Hey Guys I am new to forum I have 2021 1500 Big Horn With Stock suspension I have 275/65/18 stock tires I want to replace them I aint doing no lift or anything, want to go a tad Bigger will the 275/70/18 fit with no rubbing?? I think they will as not much Bigger just want to ask the forum!! thanks

You're looking at just over a 1" difference in diameter so just a hair over a 1/2" in height.

I'm on 275/70 r18 Michelin Defenders with no lift, reverse level, zero rubbing. Used a Hypertech programmer to correct the speedo, shift points and mpg calculator. 70 on the speedometer was actually 72 before the correction
