2020 Ram 5500, 6.7

I've been having a problem with my engine fan engaging randomly. It started after having a mandatory transmission update,( recall notice). It does it when the engine is cold, sometimes, when I exit the interstate, it will run, sometimes, going down the interstate, sometimes. Never came on before update, apps. 55k. Has anyone had this problem?
