2020 ram 3500 longhorn

I am looking at buying a 2020 ram 3500 longhorn longbox. It comes with the power deployable steps. how reliable are the steps. the dealer said they can change them out for wheel to wheel steps

Welcome , I don’t have the power side steps but other members on here have them and I’m sure they’ll answer you .

I really like mine on my 1500 They offer much more ground clearance than the fixed type and if you put the truck on a lift you will really appreciate having them up out of the way.
