2020 Ram 1500 Limited air suspension will not go down

Guys,
I was just "playing" with my new Rams air suspension and raised it up to the highest setting. I then tried to click on the button to lower it back down and nothing. I can't get it to go back down.

Sounds silly but all the doors are closed , right?

Took me awhile to figure out i cannot lower it with my running boards out.

There's also a payload/level sensor that can trip and also wont let you lower the truck. you do get a message in the EVIC though. Way too much nanny software on this truck.
