2020 possible etorque battery failure

Disclaimer: I’m definitely not a mechanic. But my 2020 ram which has only been driven a couple times in the last few months since I got myself a small work car will not start yet all the lights work and the etorque will start buzzing so I disconnected the battery. Is the problem the etorque battery I’ve read about?? And I think i see under/behind the backseat it’s mounted

The 12 volt battery in the engine bay is what starts the truck. So, it could be bad.
