Just found mine leaking today, you can see the light through the crack, the dealer said they have to have a leak specialist to look at it .nd they only work Mondays. This Monday is a holiday go figure, anyway having my dash replaced, auto steps replaced, wheels replaced, steering wheel replaced, ram boxes replaced on Tuesday, after waiting since August last year, this truck is a POS, I bought it as a retirement gift when I retired from the Navy, and the dealers suck, so beware. I had to call RAM to get my parts finally, and they came in a week, stay on the dealer if you wait longer than a month call RAM. Also anyone doing a law suit, I want in. This is my third Ram and my last, had them for 30 years. They lost my business.
Now the 21 has unresolved electrical issues, 3 trips to the dealer already at 10,000 miles, new parts with no fix, dealer told me to contact ram and get a case started, so i did, dealer refused me a loaner car, but ram says they will get me one, haven’t seen it yet! I have a $65,000 truck that for 6 weeks now has 6 dash lights on, bright orange in my face, 4wd disabled, no abs, no trax control, no cruse, no auto brakes, no crash sensors! But I’ll be called out for complaining on here! I bet if anyone has delt with what I have, at the price I paid, they would be complaining too! Good luck and I hope they get you all fixed. I’ll give them 30 days after I get a loaner car, then it’s lemon #2
need a leak specialist. I had the rear window crack in 2 places on my 19’ and got it replaced quickly before we start having parts supply issues
