I was told by the dealer today that Mopar has stopped being nice about replacing the dash in the 2019/2020 1500's that everyone knows is a problem. He also said as the second owner of the vehicle my chances were slim they would help with anything. This truck has less than 50,000 miles. I came back to Ram (this is my 3rd truck) after buying a Tundra but I am disappointed in the response over a known issue. Any ideas?

Just opened a case for my 2020 with the same issue. They told me to take it to the Dealer and have them evaluate it. Dealer took Pictures and said they will work with Stellantis and get back to me in a few days. I am not overly optimistic as I am also the second owner and I have 99K Miles. Truck is in Very clean shape otherwise. Bought the 3 year 36K Miles Mopar Warranty when i got this thing 2 years ago but so far it has been worthless for anything that has actually needed repair.

They replaced mine. I went to the dealership. They evaluated, and then Ram Cares offered to perform the repair with a $100 deductible. They did it perfectly. I was about 6 months and 8,000 miles out of warranty at the time.

i feel you pain and it sux. it seems like the hotter regions have this issue the most.
that being said i did some research before i purchased my truck and knew about the possible issues and too me the leather wrapped dash is unnecessary i was not looking for a fight so bubbling being a known issue i went with a Laramie. have you considered putting a Laramie dash in your limited?

They know the adhesive they use sucks and the thin leather sucks even more. This is not the first time I've heard about this.

Be careful what you use to clean. Warm water and a miro fiber towel should be all you need in most cases, if you need more, dish soap just enough to sud then a soft bristle brush and make sure you clean up all the excess.

Your truck should have came with a 3 year 36k warranty. Whatever you bought was probably some dealership BS. But I agree, these trucks have very subpar warranty coverage compared to some other brands, especially in the extended warranty.

Ask the deaaler to assist with Ram. It worked for me at 4+ years, mileage is irrelevant. Ram covered all but $500 of mine so I was happy.
