Looks like the next release of the Ram 1500 Built to Serve Editions will be hitting dealer lots soon. The second release includes Ceramic Gray and Patriot Blue. Ram posted some photos on the webpage linked below. The Ceramic Gray looks awesome!

Can you order a BTS equipped with an Ecodiesel?

Yes, I do believe the Built to Serve editions can be equipped with the Ecodiesel. According to Ram, they can be built in any configuration (on the Bighorn platform).
