I only have heat on passenger side and I can’t locate the blend door actuator. Any help please.

#1in the picture for the driver side.
Might be able to get to it by removing the radio pieces.
#3 Is the passenger side.

According to the SM he will have his hands full.
Recover refrigerant, drain coolant, remove instrument panel, pull the HVAC housing, remove actuator, replace it.
Re-install everything and use the scan tool to initiate re-calibration of the actuator.
I hope he can get to it without all that.

Depends what he wants to do with it yeah.
The SM also says it isn't serviceable and can only be replaced.
Might just need a little nudge or something.

That be nice.
Passenger side can be accessed by removing the glove box...?
Replaced the blend-door in my `97 Expedition, that was fun.
My father did that before he gave me his 97 Expedition. I miss that pile of rust, ended up junking it at 185k miles with a failing transmission, no E brake and no way to mount one (per mechanic) , no rear suspension, and exhaust held up with zip tires (not attached)

Is this picture accurate? I am having a hard time finding the actuator labeled #1
I think you need to remove the dash to get to #1? Idk if you can just put your hand up there. I don't know sorry.
