2020 Bighorn Ambient Lighting control

Just got a 2020 Bighorn and I can not figure out how to turn the ambient light between the dome lights to turn off. My 2019 had an ambient light control, but I can’t find one for my 2020. Dealer says you can’t control it. Can anyone confirm this?

My Laramie has 2 thumbwheels next to the headlight controls, one is for the dash and the other is for the ambient light. They can get dim, but I don't believe they actually turn off.

My 2020 Big Horn only has one turn wheel near the headlight switch. It only controls the instrument cluster & radio screen brightness. I noticed they switched to just one turn wheel instead of two for the 2020’s. At least for the Big Horns.

The only thing that I have is the light that shines down on the cup holders and the foot footwells in the front. It isn't the same ambient lighting I've seen on the other trucks.
