I have a 2020 Big Horn 1500, and am putting a 4" lift kit on (4" in front, 2" in back). I want bigger tires but still use the stock rims (9j x 20, +19 offset). I see people saying they have used bigger tires than the factory 275/55R20's it came with, including 305/56/R20, and 285/65/R20. Why is it when I go to some place like Discount Tire, etc., and enter my vehicle info, it always comes back and tells me the tires I want to buy won't fit my vehicle? It has happened on at least 3 sites.

:D Chains are always going to list whatever combos could be had OEM. You need to just go on the site or go to a tire calc site to figure out what you want, then just order that.

Thanks. I know what I want, and I've read on here where other dudes have put the size I like on the standard rims. I'm just curious why dealers are saying they won't fit. Doesn't make any sense.
