2020 1500 Limited Backup Camera No Fixed Guidelines Option

So have recently purchased at 2020 Limited. It arrived with 12" screen but the auto High beams were not enabled from the factory. Have had that fixed by the dealer. But I noticed in the manual I should be able to choose from Active (bending) Guidelines or Fixed Guidelines while using the backup camera but I do not have that option. Pg 454 in the Owner's Manual says I should. Called Ram Corporate, they say that I should. Seeing that I have already had a software issue, does anyone else with a 2020 have the Active and Fixed backup camera guideline options. Don't want to make another trip to the dealer for something that is no longer available.
If you have Active and Fixed lines let me know so I can go back to the dealer and get them to fix it.

my 2019 1500 Limited has same issue. I just spent over an hour with the Uconnect guy that lives in the dashboard and pointed him to the same page. He gave up. We need a design engineer on this...
