Hi all,

I've recently bought a 2020 Ram 1500 and have periodically gotten a "Service Trailer Brake System" message come up. It seems to go away on its own. I have not towed yet, but today I noticed the Trailer Brake Controller slider does not spring back when moved, it sticks in place. I was told it should spring back to the right. Has anyone heard of a similar issue?

Thanks

I had a similar issue. The whole unit wasn't sitting correctly. Once I repositioned it, it was fine. You might need to remove the radio faceplate. Or just give it a gentle whack (that's what I did).

I have the 12 inch screen, where can I whack to fix this? Haha

The slider itself. I take no responsibility if you whack it too hard.
