2020 1500 Big Horn Leak Problems

Sorry for the long post in advance. I have a 2020 RAM 1500 Big Horn. The leaks started in the roof and I ended with a water stained head liner. That leak seems to be resolved. However when I go through the car wash, I’m still getting dampness on the driver’s side floorboard and had mildew build up multiple times. Even though they ”detailed” the cabin, the carpet still smells like mildew as does my floor mats. This will be my fifth trip to the dealer. I’m really frustrated at this point and am wondering if anyone has had this issue and if so, how it was resolved. I called customer service for RAM and all that did was apologize and refer me back to the dealer. So, back I go pissed off because I’ve lost use of my truck for weeks at a time dealing with this. Any advice or solutions would me much appreciated!

Why haven't you claimed lemon law yet? If you have been back 5 times for the same issue and it isn't fixed, you should file lemon law. Assuming you have owned the truck since new. Check with your state, most have 24 months to claim lemon law.

Do you have a sunroof? Could be the drains are clogged. Some people also have leaks in the A pillar driver side due to bad pinch welds.
