2020 1500 3.92 diff fluid. ?

Hi All,
I am about to change my transmission fluid in my 2020 1500 Eco diesel. I was just wandering? Instead of doing all the steps with having rear wheels off the ground, and then going through all these steps with gear shifting and all that. Would it be easier to just measure exactly how much fluid you drain and then just put exactly the same amount back in? You think it could work? Just a thought.

It won’t be quite that simple, unfortunately. The proper fill amount on a cold transmission is above/over the fill hole, hence the complicated procedure.
