I hav4e a 2019 Ram 1500 with a readyLift 3.5" front and something like 2" rear lift. I have 75000 miles on the truck and the struts are shot. I do a lot of off-road and rough rock road driving. If I go with something like the Bilstein 6112 struts upfront can I get a few more inches of lift? For example, I already have 3.5" of lift from the kit, so would the Bilsteins add up to the 2.5" lift they claim to give me a total of 6" lift? Same with the rear, they have the 5160 that they say will add 2", so would that be 2" in addition to the lift already installed? Thanks for any advice/info.

No you can't lift additional inches with bilstein on already 3,5 inches lift. If you want 6" then you would need to pull out 3,5 inches and install new full set for 6" lift
