2019 Rebel with manual folding towing mirrors

How can I tell if I have heated mirrors? I press the heated rear window switch but my side mirrors do not get hot and I bought used and No Manual.

2019 Rebels did not come from the factory with heated tow mirrors.

2019 trailer mirrors are unheated.
