I have read several posts concerning water in the dash and I have a question about how well the problem was solved after the dealership made the repair.
I dropped my truck off at the dealership on 30 May. Today is 27 June and they are still tearing the dash apart. No loaner, no anticipated completion date.
Ram Cares does not care. Apparently not having a vehicle for a month is part of being a Ram owner according to the dealership and my Ram Cares “case manager.”
Has anyone had the dash removed to remedy the water intrusion? If so, were there any problems with the electronics afterwards? Was it covered under warranty?
This is a great truck but my dealership is borderline criminal. Because of them I will never own another Ram.
