Only noticed this today after wife left and I was working in the garage. A oily substance leaker here the rear drivetrain would have been sitting. 2019, 40k miles, 4WD. Anyone have this issue and is it driveable or should we have it towed to dealer? Still under 5 year 60k Drivetrain warranty.

That would likely be from the rear differential. To be safe, better to have it flat bed over to the dealership, especially since it's covered by your warranty...

For Model Years 2017-Present:
24 Hour Towing Assistance covers jump-starts or towing to the nearest FCA US LLC dealer and is applicable for the term of the manufacturer's warranty period of 5 years or 60,000 miles (gas) or 5 years or 100,000 miles (diesel), whichever comes first.
