2019 Ram Rebel - Can't decide which way to go

I've done quite a bit of reading and cannot decide what I want to do here. My 2019 Ram Rebel is approaching 40k on the stock DuraTracs. Looks like I might barely get out of winter here in NJ with them. I am really torn on what I want to do in terms of tires and possibly suspension as well. I am not doing aftermarket wheels. Just not looking to drop that sort of coin. I don't really have a desire to go with a 35" tire.

I am torn between a few scenarios:

1) Literally just slap another set of DuraTrac 275/70/18's on, get an alignment, call it a day. Spare tire stays as is. Maybe consider a better alternative in a 275/70/18 size?
2) Slap a set of DuraTrac 275/70/18's on, front 2" Motofab spacers/2" ReadyLift UCAs. Spare tire stays as is.
3) Slap a bigger set of 295/70/18's on (Grabbers, Nitto, etc), 2" Motofab spacers/2" ReadyLift UCAs. Now I need to figure out the spare. I wouldn't dare go this route without the level kit.

So basically it's: Stock tires/stock ride height vs. stock tires/aftermarket level height vs. 34" tires/aftermarket level height. I really can't decide if the extra 1-1.25" overall diameter of the 295's will change the look of the truck. I know the 295 vs. 275 will have more width to them.

I guess I am looking for the pros vs. cons here. I know it sounds silly but I am not sure how this will affect the spare tire if I go with the 295/70/18's.

Any considerations I am missing here?

Just wanted to see if anyone had any input. I keep coming back to DuraTracs again. Seems like they are tough to beat. KO2's maybe an option?

The mickey thompson baja boss at's are 50k rated and are 3 peak snow rated. :) I have them on my truck and love them! The KO2's are always a good safe bet though.

The 295's change the look of the truck dramatically. Custom Offsets has a great gallery that you can see the difference. I already have a 2/1 lift (so 3" in the front overall), and I am going 295's or 35's when my tires are worn.

Nick,

That's another one I'll have to add to the list. I remember Mickey Thompson's from my muscle car days.

Lax,

I was going to compromise and go 285's perhaps. You did a 2" in the front and 1" in the rear? I was looking at just the Motofab spacers for the front.

Long story short it's a 2" motofab spacer in the front and 1" in the rear. I spent a lot of time trying to fix the lean in the rear suspension. Passenger side was 1/2" higher, and when I added my Timber Grove bags it raised the rear 1/2". I put a 1/2" spacer on the driver side and it's now as close to level as possible with a 1" lift. Ended up with 1" of rake, which I like the stance. Typically a leveled truck looks nose high just from the shape of the body, so mine won't look nose high at all.

This isn't a Rebel, but 295's will fill the gap really well.

Mine is the second pic with the OEM 275/70's and the 2/1 lift. Wheel gap's a little too much for my taste.

Well, after these posts I'm getting closer.

After seeing Ayoslickxd's truck I think I might need to go Baja Boss A/T. I think the 295/70/18's are the way I'd like to go. 305's are just a little on the big side. So now the burning final question:

Will they rub, front or back, with a 2" front level + ReadyLift UCA's. Seems like the stock offset is almost 20mm and the 295's Baja Boss A/T's are only 1" wider?

I loved my KO2's enough on my GEN 4 that I will be putting them immediately on the Rebel when it comes in.

Ended up going stock size but KO2's. The improvements over the DuraTracs is incredible. Quieter, handles better, better wet traction, and just generally better overall. Haven't tested out snow traction yet but I imagine that too will be an improvement. It's literally like driving a new truck. To be fair, lets see how they do after breaking in. The truck was also aligned so I imagine this contributes to it as well.

The only area where I notice that they are maybe not as good as the DuraTracs is road feedback. Little bit stiffer as the truck goes over bumps.
