2019 Ram Laramie will not start and key fob will not lock / unlock doors

UPDATE: Finally got my 1500 back from the dealership today. It looks like the connection to the terminal was loose, but they did also find a wire where the insulation had been scraped exposing a wire. Its all fixed up and ready to rip. Thank for everyone's help with this issue.

The truck is at a Ram dealership. They told me they are going to check the wiring, even though i "left" a note telling them were the problem should be. They said they are ordering new wiring harness to install. I will have more info in the next couple of days.

Hey buddy, I am having same issue with my 2020 Ram after few month of owning it. Do you recall wich connection was loose at your Ram?
